FCIG is currently seeking qualified applicants to join their team of professionals in the property and casualty insurance business in sales. We are searching for candidates whom clearly understand that within sales and business as a whole, that you’ll have to stand on your own two feet and that the world doesn’t owe you a living.
We want to hear that you are seeking a profession where you want to be paid for what you’re worth and demonstrating this in your day to day activities. We want to hear that you want to make a lot of money otherwise you wouldn’t be interested in a sales career. We want to hear that you are willing and eager to travel and most importantly, you can and will follow instructions.
We want to hear what you feel a sales job involves: how you plan to find new customers, how you handle rejection and what character traits you feel you possess that will make you successful in sales.
